Well, your zebra danio is not pregnant, nor will she give birth. If she really is carrying eggs, she will release them over the gravel, and the male will fertilize them. At this point, you must remove the parents or they will eat the eggs.
Another option would be to put in those flat marbles, because the eggs slip down between the marbles where the parents can't eat them.
When your female has laid the eggs, she will look much thinner than before, and you may see the small, opaquish eggs on the gravel. The fry won't survive in a community tank because they'll be eaten, but you can set up a new tank and raise them there - feed them baby brine shrimp and crushed flake food, and use water from the parents' tank to fill the fry's tank.

Zebra fish? There are a lot fish with the name Zebra. The other poster assumed you meant Zebra Danios and answered that. I'm going to assume Zebra Cichlid and answer that. Maybe that way you'll find out what you need to know.

A Zebra cichlid doesn't get pregnant, she scoops up her eggs into her mouth. It takes about 3 weeks for the eggs to develop into baby fish (known as fry). Anytime from 3-5 weeks she'll release her babies (depending on whether she feels safe releasing them or her experience). If you leave her in the tank with the other cichlids, they'll eat the babies and if you have sufficient cover a couple may survive. If you want to save the whole brood, she needs to be removed to a small tank (and those hanging breeder nets don't work either, the big fish suck the fry right out of them).

Maybe a third person will post with yet another kind of zebra fish.
