If girls ejaculate then what and how does it get to that point, and do girls feel more pleasure while ejaculation than guys, and why are guys more interested and willing to have sex than girls?

Yes they do. I've been with 3 girls who do, and that includes my current GF. Usually ejaculates via vaginal insertion (g-spot simulation). Fingering (either me or herself doing it) usually gets her to as well.

Some women can ejaculate if their G-spot if stimulated correctly. Of course women feel pleasure during good sex, it evolves into an orgasm. Guys have 2 heads, and sometimes they just think with the wrong one.

It takes for a long time for a woman to ejaculate!maybe 30 minutes or less it depends and yes girls do feel pleasure just like men!and men are just more sexually active due to genitals!
