I like this question! I believe there is a big difference in believing exactly what others believe and deciding to take the action that you feel will truly benefit the least of those among us instead of always stroking the egos of demanding greedy people that have agendas that they themselves have been taught as the best way to rise to the top `while they are really only victimizing themselves and others around them. This to me is a life skill of tweaking ones grasp of truth through seeking rest in the one true savior... That's something each of us can choose by our own will!

I am answering this from my own point of view not from an educated persons knowledge. To me Skills of Life are what you walk in with or rather Your inherited gifts . Talents abilities and Characteristics grow out of these . These skills can maintain us till we see their virtue
Acknowledge Humour not just the haha kind but the deep cheerful" life is a giggle" kind
. Humanity delights in the success of another.
Charity cheers for the Underdog but admires even his rivals success, gives his faith in others a workout every day Charity also gives everyone a whole lot of time compassion and trust.
Courage not the" beat up a bully kind" but the every day no matter how you feel "go to the trouble to be a friend" kind. That kind of courage is endless, and maintains one in despair, too.
Determination not the quick deciding kind but the" keeps on keeping on" kind This kind of determination is what has a well trained fireman or policeman running towards a trouble not away from it. This kind of determination is what keeps a mother loving a wayward child even after all hope is gone.
The ability to think slowly, react calmly and to save judgement for another day
Hope.the everyday measuring of the day with the hope fulfilled mindset instead of I knew it was going to be a bad day .
Appreciation for every moment of ones life . Complain about it enjoy every morsel of it but appreciate it because Its your life

"Life skills"
This term refers to a large group of psycho-social and interpersonal skills which can help people make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and develop coping and self-management skills that may help them lead a healthy and productive life. Life skills may be directed toward personal actions and actions toward others, as well as actions to change the surrounding environment to make it conducive to health.
"Livelihood skills"
Capabilities, resources and opportunities to pursue individual and household economic goals. Livelihood skills relate to income generation and may include technical/vocational skills (carpentry, sewing, computer programming), job seeking skills such as interviewing, business management skills, entrepeneurial skills, and skills to manage money.
I taught life skills and livelihood skills for many years and those skills included, but were not necessarily limited to:
money management
budgeting
comparison shopping
nutrition label reading and understanding
parenting techniques
maintaining a home [laundry; house cleaning, cooking, decorating etc]
small home repair
maintenance of appliances [disposals, dishwashers, stoves and refrigerators...changing filters, etc.]
toxic household substances
support/advocacy for children in school -[PTA attendance; homework; teacher convos etc.]
health management
etc etc etc etc
