Well, by the way you've worded the whole thing shows that you are a tad interested in something happening. As Cynthia says though -- things do come with consequences.
The fact that you say that she is obviuosly prettier and sexier than you shows you are not offended that she's bi and that she has some interest in you. So it is up to you if anything happens or not. If you don't see her the same way then just explain it to her, if you do then, hey, you are both woman and what is a one time experiment going to harm.
Maybe you might want to sit her down first and see what she expects or thinks might happen, I mean you did say she said she is in love with you, she may not be looking for just a one time thing and if thats the case a one time thing will not do it for her, it will only make things worse.
When it come down to it, you can still be friends with her -- just tell her you don't swing that way, or that your happy where you are in your life. You don't have to stop being friends though, unless she starts to put pressure on you.

Well for one why not have her go out with you or go to her place or yours and talk about how she feels and how you feel about her. If she loves you and you just want to be friends just tell her. But you and her need to communicate so nothing gets blown out of propotion. SO give her a chance to talk and you listen and then you tell her what you feel.

I would let her know you are not into that for sure and for certain. You can remain friends only if she does not go in that direction with you. If she goes there...say kbye

be cool...
