As you get older, you slowly come to realize who your true friends are and you don't need as many as you used to. My best friend and I have been friends since we were four, but we hardly ever talk to or see each other. But we know that whatever happens we will always be there for each other, no matter what. That keeps us together, even when we don't talk for awhile. It's okay to have some friends that aren't as good as your two best, just because they're your friends doesnt mean you have to tell them everything.

I don't think you are weird at all. It is hard for some people to trust others and invite them into their lives and divulge intimate details. I am the same way and couldn't be happier. My best friend lives four hours away and I know when I tell her something, it won't be repeated to me on the street!

You are anti social if you deliberatly avoid conversation and interaction with people. meaning you find any excuse to get out of talking to people.

I dont think this is the case. You have your own life and they have theirs and ever now and then you regroup to share what is going on in your life and what is going on in yours. There is nothing wrong with that.

I have one good friend and her and I have the same relationship. Somtime we go a few months with out talking. it is an understanding we have.

Dont forget you dont have to call them they need to call you too. Hope this helps. Good luck and god health to you.

Maybe, but doubtful. Thats how I am. I'm just really choosy of who I trust because of people who have hurt me in the past. If you find that you are uncomfortable with meeting new people or being part of small talk in social situations, then maybe you just have social anxiety. Good luck!

It's not weird maybe your too busy and can't talk to them when and as many times as you can. and your not anti-social neither just because you only have to friends but maybe you just want to have private time to yourself and don't want to bother with chit chat. But feel free to IM me anytime.

When you get older you will see that you can count all your true friends on one hand . The rest I would consider associates .
