Okay, here's the deal. I got my laptop from repair the other day...everything was working fine. But, whenever i restart my system...all my updates, downloads, files are gone :S like it never exsisted. So i create normal files, do the normal stuff, and restart. It's all gone!
When the computer is switching on and loading, it says: Setting Personalised information or something, at one corner then a tour to XP blabla. Like it's brand new :s. i am the administrator of the pc. Please assist me in this matter.

i send it 4 repair cause my connector was ruined - the adapter was overloaded so it burnt the connector somehow.

u got a virus on it. what was wrong with it when u send it for repair. reload windows on it.it will fix it.
