Vitamine E is known to lighten & help skin heal. But perhaps its best that u consult a beautician for more " intensive" products than to juz buy em off the shelves.Once a month go to a good beautician for a full facial, that shud help lighten & improve ur skin.Consult them for products that suits ur face to help ur prob.I used to have freckles & there is no way to get rid of them, but visitin my beautician on a monthly basis & usin the proper products for my face definately lighten it all up, u can hardly see it now!Yippieee!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Mild sunlight can improve acne scarring over time, but I guess you want a quick fix solution. There really isn't a way to fix this quickly without damaging your skin. Do you mean that as well as scarring you have fresh breakouts? Acne can be caused by an infection in the oil producing glands - antibiotics from your doctor can help with this (cut down on sugars and dairy and take a probiotic supplement to help). Make sure you thoroughly cleanse your skin every night with a wash-off cleanser and moisturise with a mild moisturiser. Micro-dermabrasion, which is like an extreme exfoliation can help by sloughing off the scar tissue and allowing your new healthy skin to come through. It does make you more sensitive to sun damage though. Bio-oil will help, but I wouldn't recommend any face creams with AHA's or Retinol (Alpha Hydroxy Acids or Vitamin A) as it is difficult to judge their strength and they can make your skin more sensitive.
Your skin probably doesn't look nearly as bad as you think and the scars will heal in time.

There are many web sites that offer products, best bet is to see a dermatologist, they can prescribe creams that will actually help, so many of the ones you find in stores or on the web don't really perform as well as they advertise, and also the expensive ones are not always the best ones, they have done consumer studies to prove this, for example one of the best rated face regimes is Oil of Olay Regenerist. You can buy everything you need for the cost of the one jar of the department store brands! Just in case below are a couple of web sites you take a peek at.

Try Fadeout cream - you can get it in Boots. It really works!
It quickly blends away acne scars and even dries up spots. I use it every night on top of my usual night time moisturiser. Try the Fadeout Extra Care one as it contains vitamin E and panthenol B5 which helps to protect, moisture your skin and is kinder to your face than the original formula.
Good luck!

I have never found any products that work but I was told a home remedy and it really works. Use lemon juice with a tiny bit of peroxcide and dab on area. Leave on for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then use an egg white only and leave on face until dry then rinse. It tightens your face and closes your pores and leave face with natural luster.
