I had this twice! the best thing to do is get medical soap. The place I got it pierced at sold it. I bought it and cleaned it like 3 times a day and it went away. Plus that stuff is great to clean it with. Good luck!

Sounds like an infection, they're pretty common in nose piercings. Wash it three to four times a day with antibacterial soap or any cleaning solution the piercer may have given you. If you're really worried, go see a doctor and they can perscribe you antibiotics. If you want to keep the piercing, switch to a different type of metal jewelry, since the infection may be a result of an allergy to a particular type.

I had the same thing with mine,
Crush up an advil and get a dab of water mix it till it makes a paste, and spread it around the stud and leave it over night, The bump will be gone, AND KEEP IT CLEAN!!!!

well, get some peroxide and a q-tip and gently rub it over the swollen part. just to get all the bacteria out. then you can put some ointment over it while your just laying around the house.

wash it daily with soap and water, and do your best not to touch it, cause hands are so dirty!
