I'm not so sure about a name that is the female form of Peter. But I have a friend with a very pretty name that kinda sounds like it could be... which is Petra. It's proounced Pet and then tra. Some people do pronounce it pete and then tra though.

I like the name Petra.
I think Patrice and Pilar are nice ways to pay homage to a Peter as they sound close too....
Tera could be another way to change it up.

I too, also found Petra, but I also did a search with names of the same meaning (Rock) and came up with Sela, Selah, and Shila which in my opinion are prettier than Petra, but would still have the connection. Good luck! :)
