Thats a highly emotive subject and the point has already been made that its dangerous to ask for such an image. Someone might just provide you with one. Have you considered something more subtle? Stark realism makes a point but it can also turn off your audience from registering the actual message.

instead of searching fo "slit wrists" online, search for "self harm" or "self mutilation". Hope that helps

I only have scars, Thats a dangerous question to ask, Some crazy people might do it just to give you a picture, let me know if scars will work....
