You probably won't be able to tell from the meter but the Main breaker in the breaker box will have a rating stamped or painted on it. The size of the service entrance cable should also conform to the size of the breaker.

The breaker answers are correct, and you can also see the rating on the meter.

The one pictured below is only 60 amps, per the bottom left number. Typical are 60 (old), 100 and 200 (most common now) for residential.

the number on the top main breaker is the rating of your service

you will be able to tell by the cable size, #4 = 100 amp
