Yes. The Nationwide bank has "branches" pretty much nationwide all over the UK not just in the Manchester area.
Nana is right to warn about phishing emails though. You don't say why you need to know - but never click on a link in an email to a site that claims to be a bank. They do look very convincing and even copy the look of the genuine sites.
To be on the safe side always come out of your email and use a search engine to check out the official site for the bank or institution in question.
In this case it is

then click on the link from the search engine or type the genuine address into your address line.

I'm not sure if the arndale centre has a nationwide , but double check before you send any money or details.

If that is something you received in an email telling you that they want to give you money, it is most likely a phishing email. They send these out and try to get you to give them your bank account info so they can make deposits, but in reality, they drain your account.
