To quote Henry David Thoreau: Simplify, simplify, simplify.

What does that mean? Look at your life. You will probably find stuff that you can really live without that is costing you money. You can probably find stuff that you can sell that you do not really need. It is tough, but sometimes you have to do it.

My recomendation is to stop going into debt. I have quite a few friends with the same complaint and then I watch them keep loading more and more debt on themselves. They go and get a new fancy car or run up credit cards even more or take a vacation they did not really need. Their situation and the situation of many others is like a person bleeding to death trying to give blood.

Take up a second job if you can and use the money from that to wipe out some debt. I have a relative who did this and spent a couple of years delivering pizza and was able to get out of debt. He paid the minimum on all of his payments except for one. He took the one with the smallest debt balance and worked to pay that off early. Once he got that one out of the way, he used the minumum payment that one had and applied it towards the next largest debt balance. He had quite a load of debt but he got rid of it.

Start your own business - I recommend Forever Living Products - you can do as many or as few hours as you like and typically on 1-2 hours a day you will earn £1200 per month after 5 months and £30-£40k per year after 2-3 years - if you do more hours you should get more.

They are a $2 billion company growing at 25% per year and need a lot more people - no investment required also, regulated by Dti and Office of Fair trading and have investors in people award also.

Scale down and make a budget. Sell your non-essential items, get rid if your mobile phone, turn off your cable TV, don't eat out, don't buy any non-essentials, and use all your income not spent on rent and food to pay off your bills.
I stress the part about making a budget. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!
