No we do not wear shoes inside my house. It is a strict rule that everyone must take off their shoes before they come inside. My kids are really good about the no shoes thing and have their friends trained so that it is done without disscussion. The other day one of my kids friends told her mother to take her shoes off when she was coming inside. She stopped her and said "Mom, they don't allow shoes in their house." She didn't even bat an eye and just slipped her shoes off. I of course thanked her and she said it was no problem she has the rule in her home too and loves going to someones house that is clean enough for her to take her shoes off in.

No. Mostly because I got into a routine of taking them off when I was a child. I prefer to take them off anyway. Prevents mud from spreading and slippers are more comfortable to wear around the house anyway

I do. I have like 13 cats and 2 dogs, so there is constantly wet spots that you have to watch out for. Nice, huh?

no, as soon as I get home I kick them off. But I so wear slippers most times though.

I wear my flip flops if I'm walking on the cold hardwood floor but other than that I don't.
