Jeanine Garofalo (sp?) identifies herself as "asexual", and I recall reading a newsmagazine article about the whole "asexuality" movement (there are support groups and social clubs out there). I guess you can look at it as a flaw or a psychological hang-up, but it's probably healthier to view it the same way that many people view sexuality in general : there is no "normal"; sexuality and gender identity are all on grey scales, with some people being "ultra" masculine or feminine, some people being fairly androgenous, some people being vehemently straight or 100% gay, some people having very high sex drives, and others being perfectly content to never undress in front of another person for any reason.
In short, there's nothing wrong wiith the woman to whom you refer.

becauses the man or whomever she is with isn't satisifying her well enough
perhaps they need to work on their technique
