This is a hard one. You always fear that your daughter will either 1) turn out to be the "girl no one wants their child hanging with or 2) take a strong liking to that girl.
Sounds like you have problem #2. You didn't mention a lot about how your daughter is behaving right now - if she is taking on these characteristics, if her grades are bad, etc. If none of that is going on, I would trust that you have reared her to be a good, strong young woman who can make sound decisions. I know it is hard to do that, but I think if you push for her to stay away from this young lady, she will turn to her even more.
You might allow her to see this girl - with certain rules and restrictions. Then when she wants to see and hang with her normal friends, she can have more freedom. That might get her to realize that you don't trust or like this girl. In order to keep her social life going, she will want to hang w/ the kids you do approve of.
Just a suggestion. Good luck! :-)

Get your daughter involved in some sort of activity that will occupy her time so that she has less time to be around the bad friend. As well it is your house, your rules. If you don't want the bad friend in your house then the rule must be followed. Also you are the parent so you say where your daughter can go and who she can be with. The getting her involved in an activity will be more of a positive approach and she won't realize you are keeping her away from the friend. Out right telling her she can't be around her is going to make her rebel.

Good luck!
