My Penis size is reducing,i am 25 yrs old married, in the match with 3 years in past i think it is very small in thickness. it is now very unsatisfier i think. pls help me that what should i do for increasing thickness of my penis.

I doubt if it's really reduced or reducing. But the penis pump can add thickness but it is just additional blood and your penis will be softer.
Sorry, but I think that your obsessing about this too much. As long as it still gets erect and you have orgasms that is all that matters. Stop worrying so much. (don't mean to come off, no pun intended, sounding mean, but enjoy what you have now, it could be worst, I know from experience.

I sort of doubt that this is actually going on.
Ask yourself these questions before going to a doctor:
1. Am I wearing too small a size of underwear?
2. Should I be wearing boxer underwear instead of briefs?
3. Am I wearing jeans or pants that are too small for me?
4. When do I look at my penis? Is is after I've come in out of cold or damp weather?
4. Am I looking at my penis straight foward, into a mirror? Or am I looking down at my penis?
