I want to change the colour of a second hand 2002 model Maruti Zen Lx car and have a confusion whether it legal or not.

Contact RTO, I think it is legal but may need recorded at RTO within the time allowed. Or before even changing.

Why does everyone situation answering those stupid questions. well-known we get some twit or the different asking which motor vehicle to get for 4 lacs, 5 lacs, 6 lacs and persons answer quoting figures they have picked up from commercials and are not any the place close to what you will get in actual on an well-known basis motoring.
