Dreams are just manifestations of our thoughts as the brain refreshes itself during REM cycles.
If you really want to see the meaning or reasons for dreams, look up lucid dreaming. By being lucid while dreaming, you'll be able to decipher the dreams as they happen. You'll be awake, and able to think, but dreaming. It's a fun and informative process.
But, the dream means nothing more than the dream itself. It may have come from something the guy was thinking, or a mix of someone else's pregnancy and the other person's appearance. It's just a dream.

This most likely means that there has been some activity between those two people (whether it be that he just likes her and has thought of having sex with her, or they are in a relationship and are active in that capacity, or anywhere in between) that has led his subconcious mind to consider the ramifications of a long term relationship with her. I wouldn't go as far as to say that it is either a premonition or a desire.
The only take-home message from his dream would be what his reaction to the dream was. If it was negative, he is most likely not ready for that level of commitment, for one reason or another. A positive reaction, of course, would mean the opposite (at least, by his own judgement).

It could possibly mean something, but it could also be just a dream. It's very common for people to dream things that aren't their true feelings. It could also mean he would like to have a child with her, or be a father. It could also be a fear dream of getting her pregnant when he's not interested in having a child, or at least having a child now.
Most likely, it's just a dream without meaning.

I doubt it means that he actually wants to get her pregnant!! It's just a dream, dreams are crazy and don't really make any sense alot of the time!

a women pregnant gives a warm feel so a man will find it attractive not the women that is the pregnancy its like a man finds a girl attractive
