I have a friend who felt something move in her tummy one day and freaked out, she went to the doctor and the doctor suggested that she may be around 4 months pregnant, my friends reaction was "no way, I am on the pill and haven't missed a period" .The doctor sent her for an ultrasound and she was 7 months pregnant, her son was born 3 weeks early so she only had 5 weeks all up to prepare for the baby. Her second pregnancy was just the same except she carried full term and was only 5 months pregnant when she found out. I also went to school with a girl who was born on april 1st and she always joked that she was the best april fools joke cause her mum didn't know she was pregnant either due to her period and taking the pill the entire time. Her mum was tiny and her pregnancy didn't show at all apparently so vikki was very unexpected

You can not 'get your period' but you could be bleeding for other reasons. The pill is not only meant to keep you from getting pregnant.. it also keeps an egg from attaching to your uterus. Therefore if you have become impregnated, the chance of that egg surviving is slim. Some people to mistake an early miscarriage or even normal spotting for a period and therefore decide they aren't pregnant. Only a doctor can tell you what is really going on and you should see one early if this is the case.

There are cases that you can get pregnant on the pill and still have a slight period. The only way to know for sure is to get a test done.

Okay if you are taking an anti-biotic like penicillin or something similar than it is actually possible for this to interfere with the effectiveness of birth control pill so, where it's not really that common, it's not unheard of to get pregnant on the pill
But if you are taking the birth control pill correctly (every day, at or around the same time of day) and taking no anti-biotics, and you have your period than it's highly unlikely you are pregnant.

No, because you will not pregnant if you are on the pill(forcing your hormones)
And when you are in your period time, you are infertile (even though you are not taking pills, unless in some extreme cases)
