Throw away the pass. It saves you the yards loss on a sack.

Why not throw it away? Unless, you suck so bad that you wouldn't be able to throw it away from defenders and it would risk an interception. But other than that, chances are you are going to get hit either way but why give the defense another sack. Throw it away and keep the yards and some dignity.

Throw away the Pass. Sure it will hurt my completition percentage but it is what is better for the team. The Sack takes away yards, so depending how far back I am I am far better throwing the ball away. I admit I'm likely to get taken down either way, so better do what is best for the team.

Throw it away! If you get sacked you lose yards and the down. If you throw it away, you just lose the down, and if you throw it away you still leave your team in a position to get the 1st down. If you take the sack you lose at least 5 yards and can take your team out of realistic range or make it harder for the team to get a 1st down. Also if your QB throws it away thats one less hit he takes from the sack. Getting hit takes a toll on your body and if you throw it away, it gives your QB a less chance of getting hurt.

depends on the situation. If your 3rd and one about to get sacked run like hell and pray. If it's 1st and 10 take the sack. If its 2nd and 13-15 throw it away.

If you can get rid of the ball with out the risk of throwing a INT. then obviously you want to throw it away. If you are under a heavy pass rush then you might not be able to get rid of it an ensure that the ball won't be picked.

If you know you are going to be sacked it would be smarter to throw it away.

THROW AWAY, BUT MAKE SURE YOURE EITHER A.) OUT OF THE POCKET, B.) THROWING NEAR YOURE OWN RECIEVER, OR C.) NOT THROWING ACROSS THE FIELD...ALWAYS THROW TOWARDS YOUR NEAREST SIDELINE TO AVOID A COSTLY INT.
