I'm not worried about the price of oil. I have a good job and can afford the oil.

Consider that all the oil that leaks out will eventually be washed into the surrounding waters. It's the equivalent of your standing on the riverbank or streambank and pouring the oil in. Think about it, and get that leak fixed.

Every oil leak of course, adds to the pollution level.
If you have to add a quart of oil everyday, you are adding a quart of used oil everyday to the environment around you. Technically, you are also considered a "gross polluter".
You are really putting a strain on your engine as well, and it will probably not last too much longer.
I recommend you find and fix the leak.
Thank you for caring about the environment.

If you have a good job, fix the leak. It can get worse and you're out an engine. Dumping a gallon of oil on the ground every week isn't doing anything any good.

Any oil leaking is too much. Besides, whether you can afford it or not... it's not good for your vehicle to have a leak.
