Dude a robot is a way better friend cause he will clean your room and stuff . He would also get you sodas from the fridge if your watchng a movie and you don't want to get up. A pirate and ninja would slice you in half and take your money. An imaginary friend will just sit there and "play" with you.

At least pirates and ninjas have interesting stories to tell. An imaginary friend's stories get a bit boring after a while. ;)

Pirates have that hold pillage and plunder problem to resolve.
Ninjas are of no help in the summer, when they sweat their brains out because of hte black outfits.
Robots can always burn out a circuit board and where would you get the parts?

My four year old prefers robots. She said they can beat aliens and be your friend.

robots are good, but not as good as a mog(half man half dog).The only problem is that they are usually their own best friend.
