r = 5z => 3r = 15z then substitute 3y for 15z and get
3r = 3y => r = y

r=5z multiply both sides by 3
3r = 15z substitute 3y for 15z
3r = 3y divide by 3
r = y

5z....it's right there in the problem

if r=y, it's like saying r= 3x5z which is 15z...hence the same as y
