Well, it's a simple equation in fact: Two orders of french fries cancel each other out automatically, then you take the big mac and subtract it from the diet coke, which equals zero, and there you have it - they all cancel each other out, the end result is ultimate denial.

Many people actually like the taste of Diet Coke rather than regular Coke. I don't think overweight people are trying to save any calories; they just probably prefer the taste of Diet Coke. The bigger question is why overweight people continue to eat fast food several times a week. Heart attack waiting to happen.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

They think that just by drinking diet coke they will lose weight even though they eat the whole restaurant. Sad but truth.

First time I heard somebody order this i assumed it grew to become into humorous . Then I went to united states of america and that i observed how great the cups have been , we are speaking bucket sized , yet with a small backside so it may nevertheless slot in the cup holders. That grew to become right into a competent 6 years in the past . That made me completely fall over giggling .
