You have to go to some place like "Photobucket" where you can upload your picture. Once uploaded they will give you a URL wich is usually right below the picture.
From there you can go to any kind of website that helps you build a MySpace layout like "myspace-layout-background.com" and copy that URL into the space provided. It will retrieve your picture from Photobucket as your background.

First you go to Myspacestop.com and choose a layout. Then you copy the code under it and past it in you about me section. Then, if your satisfied, you save changes.
