With wishes from witches will fairies go fey ?

I wasn't aware that fairies granted wishes, therefore they would not be affected. However, genies might. I'm not exactly sure if there are genies though, I don't the elemental jinn counts (as I'm pretty sure he doesn't grant wishes).
And how exactly were you going to "reform" witches? I feel like trying to reform those with magical powers could be a bit difficult.

Witches don't "grant wishes." Do some research. Witches are not as what you have seen on TV or in movies.
