the AC Milan v Bayern Munich is the most interesting coz it features two of the greatest teams in Europe. my pick for the semi-finalists are AS Roma, Chelsea, Liverpool & AC Milan.

Now the differencer between the teams are very small so it will be all the matches interesting.I think that AS Roma and Manchester United will be more interesting because both teams have great players and coze they want to make performance!They haven't so much chances like FC Barcelona to arrive in CL!

roma-man utd= man utd(bcuz in Man Utd there are many famous players and strong more than Roma).
chelsea-valencia=chelsea(because Peter Cech is back)
psv-liverpool=liverpool(bcuz in liverpool there are the captain Gerrard gooooo gerrard)
milan-bayern=milan
chelsea-man utd=chelsea
liverpool-milan=milan
chelsea-milan=chelsea
chelsea is the champion bcuz we are the champions..... w ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

As far as most interesting, this isn't even close.
Milan-Bayern FOR SURE... Theres no other pairing of European superpowers other than that one.
