Looking for valve clearance specs Nissan Micra 998cc, 1993. Are they adjusted hot or cold. tks.?

Cold. It should be happy with .004" intake and .006' exhaust.

Usually they set about .002 looser cold than hot.

not sure about your specific engine, but every manual i've ever read for other engines says room temperature.
