Nah, I found out at 15 weeks, and I got a very clear image that it was a boy! It's fine. They can actually tell as early as 11 weeks on an ultrasound now-a-days. http://www.ob-ultrasound.net/genderfaq.html
"With modern equipment, the diagnosis can be made even as early as 11 to 12 weeks. On the other hand, as the correct visualization of any fetal part depends of a host of factors such as fetal position, amount of liquor and thickness of the abdominal wall, I have had occasions when I cannot be certain about the sex even at 28 weeks."

You should be able to tell. I found out what I was having @ 16 weeks. They were 99% sure it was a girl. I had another @ 20 weeks w/ my doctor & it was indeed a girl. Good luck & I hope you will find out.

they could tell at 16 weeks yet as your paying i might want to attempt to attend some extra weeks merely to be particular, i had my 20 week experiment then left it until eventually eventually 30 weeks before i had my 4d experiment to substantiate im having somewhat lady as you do not typically get any extra scans finished after 20 weeks and that i presumed it replaced right into a lengthy wait to bypass from 20 weeks to 40 with out seeing my infant, and also infant bond are fairly sturdy it truly is the position i had mine finished

yep, i found out at 16 weeks! but don't start buying all blue or pink yet- it's not 100% accurate. they'll be able to make an educated guess, depending on the position of the baby during the ultasound. but you'll get an idea, and then they can keep checking to confirm it with every visit. soooo exciting!

It could happen - I found out the gender of Twin B at 15w2d during a Level II ultrasound. Twin A wasn't cooperating.
Hope yours cooperates and you get to find out!

I've read that it's usually done, for clear results, between weeks 18 - 20. I have mine scheduled in 3 weeks, and I'll be 20 weeks at that time.
(believe me - I'm impatient, and want it now! But - I also want clear, true results)

You might, but it's a long shot. 19 weeks is much better.
