you cant get the rom for super mario bros. because they had put sometype of barred infingement act and is now unable to download.

if you own the game, you can download an NES emulator (Nesticle) or SNES emulator (Snes9x). You have to google for these yourself, as I am not sure I can provide links.
Then, you have to google for "NES roms" or "SNES roms" and the first few sites that come up should let you download any mario brothers game you like.
