I dont think so. Just buy a cheap highlighting kit. The chemicals i permanent markers are not designed for hair and it wont lose its smell The boxed kits by herbal essences usually smell awesome.

Yup, you can even make marker look good..
if your still hanging upside down on the pole during the kareoke song I am sure you just might be coming into some money.. at least a bunch of ones...
