Try the Frenchman's Reef Marriott and Morninstar Resort, they have a lot of weddings their, and they are a beautiful resort, and they have weddings planners and everything you could possible need or want. I saw several during my stay there, and it was VERY romantic. And you will like it, and so will YOUR GUESTS, as the resort is perfect. Call Marriott and ask about it. This is in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. No passports required.
