There should be two ways. The first is to click on the loudspeaker icon the task bar. That should open up a box that has a slider that you can move up toward the top) to increase sound level. Make sure the mute box is not checked. If you do not have that icon on the task bar ten click on the SETTINGS selection. When it opens you will see s volume tab that lets you move a slide to increase volume.
The other way is to look for a analog adjustment usually on the side of the laptop case. Rotate that little control wheel to increase the sound like turning up the volume on an old car radio.

Turn the volume up. Might be via the FN keys.
