The name of the song is "Beer is Mexico" and it is performed by Kenny Chesney and is available on his album "Live Those Songs Again: Kennn Chesney Live."

Here are the lyrics:
Starin' out into the wild blue yonder
So many thoughts to sit and ponder
'Bout life and love and lack of
And this emptiness in my heart

Too old to be wild and free still
Too young to be over the hill
Should I try to grow up
But who knows where to start

So I just ...
Sit right here and have another beer in Mexico
Do my best to waste another day
Sit right here and have another beer in Mexico
Let the warm air melt these blues away

Sun comes up and sun sinks down
And I seen 'em both in this tourist town
Up for days in a rage
Just tryin' to search my soul

From the answers and the reasons why
I'm at these crossroads in my life
And I really don't know
Which way to go

So I just ...
Sit right here and have another beer in Mexico
Do my best to waste another day
Sit right here and have another beer in Mexico
Let the warm air melt these blues away

Maybe I'll settle down, get married
Or stay single and stay free
Which road I travel
Is still a mystery to me

So I'll just ...
Sit right here, have another beer in Mexico
Do my best to waste another day
Sit right here and have another beer in Mexico
Let the warm air melt these blues away

Down in Mexico ...

Do you mean "Playboys of the Southwestern World" by Blake Shelton?

album: The Dreamer [Warner Bros.] (2003)
This is a song
About best friends.

John Roy
Was a boy I knew
Since he was three
And I was two
Grew up two little houses
Down from me.

The only two bad apples
On our family tree
Kind of ripened and rotted
In our puberty
Two kindred spirits bound by destiny.

Well now, I was smart
But I lacked ambition
Johnny was wild
With no inhibition
Was about like mixin'
Fire and gasoline.
(And he'd say.)

Hey, Romeo
Let's go down to Mexico
Chase senoritas
Drink ourselves silly
Show them Mexican girls
A couple of real hillbillies.

Got a pocket full of cash
And that old Ford truck
A fuzzy cat hangin'
From the mirror for luck
Said, don't you know
All those little
Brown-eyed girls
Want playboys of the southwestern world.

--- Instrumental with lala la a ---

Long around
Our eighteenth year
We found two airplane tickets
The hell out of here
Got scholarships
To some small town
School in Texas.

Learned to drink Sangria
'Til the dawns early light
Eat eggs Ranchero
And throw up all night
And tell those daddy's girls
We were majoring in a rodeo.

Ah, but my
Favorite memory
At school that fall
Was the night John Roy
Came runnin' down the hall
Wearin nothin'
But cowboy boots
And a big sombrero.
(And he was yellin',)

Hey, Romeo
Let's go down to Mexico
Chase senoritas
Drink ourselves silly
Show them Mexican girls
A couple of real hillbillies.

Got a pocket full of cash
And that old Ford truck
A fuzzy cat hangin'
From the mirror for luck
Said don't you know
All those little
Brown-eyed girls
Want playboys of the southwestern world.

And I said
We had a little
Change in plans
Like when Paul McCartney
Got busted in Japan
And I said
We got waylaid
When we laid foot
On Mexican soil
See the boarder guard
With the Fu Manchu mustache
Kind of stumbled on John's
Pocket full of American cash.
(He said.)
Doin' a little funny business
In Mexico, Amigo.

But all I could think about
Was savin' my own tail
When he mentioned ten years
In a Mexican jail
So I pointed to John Roy and said
It's all his now please let me go
Well, it was your idea genius
I was just layin' there in bed.
(When you said,)

Hey, Romeo
Let's go down to Mexico
Chase senoritas
Drink ourselves silly
Show them Mexican girls
A couple of real hillbillies.

Got a pocket full of cash
And that old Ford truck
A fuzzy cat hangin'
From the mirror for luck
Said don't you know
All those little
Brown-eyed girls
Want playboys of the southwestern world.

Ah, we're still best friends
Temporary cell-mates...

Georgie Bush is performing that LIVE Tonight! One show only!
Toby Keith did a song like that. but Georgie Bush is doing it LIVE from all the places that he told us bad people come from.
Mr. Bush will not be performing in Venezuela due to previous engagements and contractual disputes with other dictators.
Thank You! Enjoy the Show!

Stays in Mexico by Toby Keith

His name was Steve,
Her name was Gina,
(spoken) You've never been here before have you?
They met at a bar called the Cabo Wabo Cantina
He was an men's suit salesman from South Dakota,
She was a first grade schoolteacher, Phoenix, Arizona.
(spoken) No, My first time here
They started dancin' and it got real hot, then it spilled over to the parkin' lot.
One more tequila they were fallin' in love, one more is never enough.

(Chorus)
Don't bite off more than you can chew,
There's things down here the devil himself wouldn't do,
Just remember when you let it all go,
What happens down in Mexico, Stays in Mexico.

He woke up in the morning and he made a little telephone call,
To check on his wife and his kids back at home, in Sioux Falls.
She hopped right in the shower with a heavy, heavy mind.
(spoken) What am I doing?
He knew it was the first time Gina ever crossed that line.
They walked down to the beach and started drinkin' again,
Jumped into the ocean for a dirty swim,
One more margarita they were fallin' in love,
One more is never enough.

(Chorus)
Don't bite off more than you can chew,
There's things down here the devil himself wouldn't do,
Just remember when you let it all go,
What happens down in Mexico, stays in Mexico.

Oh, Mexico!
Waitin' at the bar at the terminal gate,
She said Steve I gotta go I'm gonna miss my plane,
He said one more tequila before you climb on up,
She said one more's never enough.

(Chorus)
Don't bite off more than you can chew,
There's things down here the devil himself wouldn't do,
Just remember when you let it all go,
What happens down in Mexico, stays in Mexico.

Stays in Mexico
Stays in Mexico
Mexico!
