How do people feel about the current system of when you get your money stolen from a bank account or similar .

account the defendant can pay you back $30 a month for 5 years (or however long it takes), interest free? It's a bunch of BS if you ask me. Once again innocent people get screwed.

If you haven't been to court, you should. The judge will order repayment according to the defendants ability to pay, or the outrage of the judge.

I never had to go to court. I filed a police report and the bank reimbursed me the stolen monies. now mine wasnt a a huge amount though, so I dont know at what point my bank wouldn't just reimburse.
