Is Autism & Dyslexia related? If a person understands his/her illness, can he/she cure themselves?

The two are not related. There is no cure for either but many people are able to live with their disablilty if they get the right kinds of services.

The two are not at all related. I have dyslexia, and I have emotions and feelings. Autism is an emotional disorder. I don`t think you can cure yourself, just motify your abilities.

No they are not related. You can not cure either, but a person can learn skills that enables them to function better with their disability. Autism is such a broad disability, it affects each person differently.
