Here's something that will cost you next to nothing - get a cassette tape and read a book out loud (books on tapes) for her - first find out what kind of books she likes if you can, if not pick a classic. You could even do this a couple times of year. She probably would also appreciate it if you gave her "coupons" for your assistance with house cleaning or yard work. If none of these things appeal to you, how about making a nice dinner and taking it over to her (lasagne with fresh bread and salad) or something like that. Good luck and God Bless you.

I would go to my grocery stores produce area and ask if they could make a small tray of fruit. I would ask for a small green tray with one apple, one orange, one banana, one pear wrapped in plastic. I would take a bow from my christmas decorations I have stored away or buy a new one. I would ask them to attach the bow for me on the top. This would be fairly cheap, along with her being blind she will already know what the tray ,and friut looks like .This is also healthy for her along with being a special gift that you have created for her.

Time, most blind, crippled, or just old would love for someone to talk to them and listen when they talk to you. It's a shame so many handicapped and old people are just pushed to the side and forgot about in this country.

Why no longer take her books on tape, then she would have the capacity to hearken to 3 particularly stable books. We used them for my mom whilst she grew to develop into legally blind. I also have a buddy who's blind, and he listens to them too. you will get very almost any e book on a tape. stable success to you. And on your aunt. it particularly is a poor element to be blind.

i think a very inexpensive gift and one that would come from the heart would be to make her a gift certificate redeemable for one full book that you will read to her.
