What little I know about gemstones would suggest there would not be a list like that that I would trust.

Gemstones are priced according to their quality and their size. There are many different quality and size stones.
Very low quality stones are sold in bulk to dealers all over the world. Much of the jewelery that people pay what seems like a lot of money for is made of this kind of genstomes. Most of these are sold at auction and to the highest bidder.

High quality stones are sold one at a time and again to the highest bidder.

Stones in between are generaly sold in small lots the same way.

Years ago I did see where a company was offering many different gemstones and at rather good prices so it seemed. I knew a person that bought a bundh of them and found that most were not worth anything at all. I am not saying all companies that offer stones in bulk are this way but I will say you need to know a lot about stoes if you want to make a profit.
