Firstly, Crusaders' attempt at litotes (understatement) and his/her attempt to balance the argument by resort to hyperbole (overstatement), shows all the foresight, sagacity and awareness of the average speech by President Mugabe of Zimbabwe. I can tolerate the ranting of the average chav, but this feeble effort from someone who apparently purports to a degree of intellect is possibly only worthy of accolades from the pubications of the late Julius Streicher.

Africa is well out of the stone age, but has many problems to contend with. It is worth noting that Europe is hardly a shining light in this scenario, with Greeks and Turks glowering at each other in Cyprus, a recent legacy of vile atrocities in former Jugoslavia, Spaniards holding enclaves in Morocco (Ceuta and Mellala), whilst objecting to the British ownership of Gibraltar. Britain spends a fortune in protecting 2000 people and about eight million sheep in the Falklands.

Apropos the question. The answer is simple. There is a huge residue of learning, thought, experience and learning in the UK, (although we have not yet achived a consensus as to how these qualities can be best applied). I am not convinced that the "liberal left" (surely, itself, an incorrect political term) advocates a purely black Africa. Africa, itself, does not dictate such an agenda, the African ex-colonial states such as Kenya, that are now reaching maturity, are not opposed to whites, except as exploiters. Admittedly, Zimbabwe has cut its own throat and is now speeding its demise by lacerating its own arteries whilst calling for blood transfusions, but that is their business.

As far as multi-culturalism is concerned, I am proud that such a society can function in my native land. I am a white Briton, and I cannot wait for the day that I do not have to quote my ethnicity . Britain has the longevity as a State that enables it to embrace multi-culturalism. Black African States have had about fifty years to get going, and many of these States have to contend with artificial boundaries drawn up by colonialists that have persisted beyond colonialism. That is for themselves to sort out, but I cannot envisage Britain without the contributions of our Blacks and Asians. Africa can both contribute, and learn.

Multi-culti? We can't answer your question until you explain to us where exactly you have got this idea from, because it's something I have never heard. Are you referencing the removal of white farmers from Zimbabwe? Because no one is in favour of that.

I have never heard of anybody who advocates a solely black Africa except perhaps Zimbabwe's vile dictator Robert Mugabe, and you can hardly describe him as liberal.

Multi-cultural Britain is here to stay. If you don't like it, learn to live with it or emigrate. Your choice.

We must remember that in most of Europe, Britain, and the US, the liberal left chattering classes believe that Western Civilization is inferior to Eastern Civilization and Aboriginal "non-civilization". Therefore, we must preserve these cultures that have never advanced from the Stone Age and never contributed to the modern world while breaking down the civilization that created republican government, modern scientific thought, some of the world's most beautiful and meaningful literature and music, and sent humanity to the moon safely. After all, that civilization is the real "blight" in the world.

Sorry, this is a badly formed question. I assume you are from the UK, so why do you care what goes on in Africa anyway?

They want to destroy Britain as we new it. They have all been educated/indoctrinated by left leaning lecturers, and, because they have never lived in the real world, continue to spread there daft ideas, mainly via the TV media, if not teaching or the public sector.

the mind boggles, seems to me they are over obsessed with being liberal to the extent of being the surrender party, being kind and leberal does not mean going out of the way to give aliens all the power they desire, and relinquishing ones own which is what they do.
