I wouldn't tell her anything. It looks like the boss is already aware of the problem. If she is on the phone all day, she can't be getting much work done. Try to ignore it and let her dig her own grave!

calmly tell her that its going to bother you that when she is on the phone that your job performance is slowing down because its not company policy. If that doesnt work out then go to your boss and expalin what I stated above....hopefully your coworker wont get fired..because I just fired two dumies this past week for the same thing.

Err, that is why you have a BOSS!
Keep your nose out, and let the boss do the job for you.
Concentrate on what YOU should be doing, and NOT what others are doing.
Because it sound like you BOTH are at fault!

If the boss already warned her....then you shouldn't say anything. Let the boss handle it.

Assault-say something to her. If you say something, you can't be charged with assault. On the other hand, if you bash her face in using the cell phone, kick her in the groin then stomp on her head when she's down, you may be charged with assault.

I agree with everyone..dont worry about her..she will do what she does and you need to worry about what you do. If her talking on the phone effects your work performance..then go to the boss and get it documented. Thats all you can do..good luck.

Post her cell number here on Yahoo Answers. When she starts receiving 1,000 calls a day, she'll either keep her phone off or get fired. Either way, your problem is solved.

Well if you're not the boss, then nothing cuz then you'll be sticking your nose to something that is not your problem.if she's your friend then give her some friendly advice, like"Hey if you don't stop talking you're gonna loose your job, blah blah blah"Tell her how you feel.....but remember that ppl make their own decitions(sp?) and no one learns from others, they learn from their own mistakes.

Just let her get fired to learn her lesson. Just tell her once, and if she doesn't stop and get fired, thats her fault; you tried to warn her, but she didn't listen.

Worry about yourself, as self-centered as it is, your Coworker isnt putting a roof over your head, not suppling you food, nor transportaion. Her days are numbered, she'll move on, you'll remain employed.
