grandaughter assulted and rape by 30 year old she is 16 this sicens me i hope they hang him this is a crime and i do not trust the judicialsystem we are afraid he will get a plea bargin what do we do

If she was assaulted and forced to have sex against her will, then that’s not statutory rape. That’s just rape. There is a difference between the two charges and the punishment. The exact punishment would depend on the state where it occurred. But the state can agree to a plea bargain, and (as far as I'm aware) there's really nothing you could do about that (other than voicing your objection), because it's the STATE that prosecutes, so they get to decide.

satutory rape means the 16 year old allowed it and wanted it but she was still underage
oh yeah sorry i think the punishment is 5 to 10 years with trial but i dont know what state you in if you ask me all punishments for rape should be 55 years maybe more

I know what it would be if I were Prince of the Planet. After I was done with him the only way he'd be able to satisfy a woman would be orally. And I wouldn't use any anestetic. Would that be severe enough punishment for you?
