UPS not working?What may b the problem?

It's just 1 year old.whenever the power goes off it fails to work.I Switch it off when not using my PC .Should i keep it on for 24 hrs?

Yes, leave it on all the time so the battery can stay charged. When it is off it loses battery power. You can get a replacement battery for it at a battery store. Bring it in to them so you get the correct size - they will probably even install it for you.

have someone check the batteries inside the unit. They may not be holding a charge. Contact the company in case the unit is still under warranty.
