I closed my car door on the metal part of the seatbelt, the door doesn't seem to be damaged but now the light signaling that a door of the car is open is on constantly even though everything is securely closed..does anyone know how I can fix that?

or try squirting the light button on the door or latch with a cleaner like wd-40 to unstick it other wise got to the auto zone website and search for your car and then the light and how to it your self

Check the switch on your frame is not in the in position,if it is pull it out,The light should go out.
