Who's it going to be for a new Captain America?

With the death of Captain America who is it going to be if he is replaced? Maybe Captain Rainbow? How about a gay, black, transgendered, muslim?

Yes. But I have a better idea! Someone else will take up the mantle of Captain America, but he will be the villain!

Current speculation in "comic world" is that the Punisher will don Cap's costume and carry on for him.
