Eh No not really. Sorry. I think it's just a little bit of a better experience as opposed to the CRAPPY PS3 that doesn't even hardly look new, or the XBox 360 that has at this moment stopped production of games. I chose the Wii because the most inivative and new system out there and they did new things with it...also Twilight Princess had a little bit of play in that decision as well >.<

There's lots of ways to lose weight through movement.
Go running. It's the best.
I have just started playing football again. Every saturday for 3-4 hours.
I can never get fat but, when im older i will eat less and work out more. etc. Thats where a wife comes in lol

We've had one since about January. I don't know whether you would lose loads of weight and I think it would depend on how much you use it and whats games you have on it because different games use different amounts of energy.
Form instance, boxing on wii sports really wears your arm muscle out and I get v.out of breath from it.
good luck!!

NO. losing weight comes mainly from your diet.. physical activity does play a part in that but that requres things like running/jogging or making your body do more than moving your arms around

We have one. My husband is hooked, well and truly. But no, they aren't anything like a workout. Don't believe it for a moment.
