I've done two HPT, one with a normal brand, followed by a very accurate result (99%). They both shows positive. I've also noticed that my pants are tighter now. Particularly at my tummy area. I've had some early symptoms like sore breast during past two weeks, but they are much better now. Since my LMP is on 25th Jan, by today, how many weeks have I been pregnant? How do i calculate the weeks?

You need to speak to your doctor and he/she can tell you how far along you are. Oh and in case you have any doubts You are PG!

You calculate the weeks based on your last menstrual period. So if you have a 28 day cycle, you are about 6 weeks pregnant with a due date of approximately November 1.

Congratulations. You're probably about 5 weeks along and due around November 5, that's my birthday! Your doctor can be more accurate after examining you and doing ultrasound. Your due date could change several times during the next few months.

jan. 25, add 14 days. you are probably about 4 weeks pregnant. and your belly doesn't start growing until your uterus begins to grow larger than the walnut size that it is now.

about 6 weeks, you conceived around feb 8th and should be due nov 1, 2007. congrats!!!!

You calculate by your last mesrual period if your last period was say march 5th and you had sex after it went off calculate from the time you had sexual intercourse.
