the answer would be "i've alway liked to help people, among friends company i'm the one that people come to ask for advice and i love to explain things for others, to help others" or "i'm very communicative person and i think my advantages can open in post like this" and always suitable: "the scope of this company is close to my thinking.i know i can do this job and improve myself even more in the future." just a few examples :)
no matter how nervous you are don't play with your hair or watch or buttons, don't interup when someone is talking. when the person talks to your look him/her in the eye, that shows the respect. if you feel too nervous to look in the eye, look at the top of an ear:) the person will think you still looking in the eyes! to make it simply, be polite and don't be absent minded. and tell them all your best characteristics! and better avoid mentioning things like "i was thrown out of school for turn into crimes/drugs/alcohol":)

Dont worry!they wont ask you something unusal.Be confident and try to give your best.Usually in call centres the interview will be for 4or5 minutes(for entry level jobs),so be cool. You better try to express yourself by talking in front of a mirror assuming that you are answering the interviewer. All the best.

well they migh ask you:

why do you want to work there: ex: to gain experience
when are you abailable: ex in the afternoon from 3pm to 9pm.
if you also like to deal with people personally or just on the phone: ex: I can handle both, but I would do better by answeing just the phone.
what makes you different from the rest: that's up to you.
what has been your job experience so far: up to you.

those are some basic questions you should expect, maybe not all of them, but most.

and to help you with that phobia here you have a vid that helped my a lot with my first interview and I got the job, I start on monday, I'm so nervous and good luck with that!

well i think.. call centre is one the growing industries of the nation.. and the growth is performance based.. so better you perform the better you grow..it doesnt require some proffesional experience .. its your own skills that you develop and improve as the time passes.. so its a creative field wherein one can reach the sky.. if creative enough to give the best of the capacities in companies growth.. and always trust "i am the best"....

Dont be so nervous actually they want to see your confidence as well as how you deal with people............and answer to your ques can be " i believe that people are important for us so people relations is an important area for me thats why i want to make my carrier in this, as call centre will keep my interest as well as i will be able to satisfy the customers well"

ALL THE BEST!

Confidence. You should be confident when you answer. No... this sir, that sir stuff. your pronounciation should be corect. if they ask you something you don't know, answer them that you didn't get a chance to learn that. don't say i don't know. You say I am very quick learner, if your job position requires it, I will learn it without any delay. Good luck.
