a friend of mine drew on my jeans and it bled a little when i put them in the washer i only want to get the marker out in the certain places it bled. does anyone know a cheap way to do that?

Seriously; try spraying with hair spray and blotting the ink out

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (also works for crayons)
WD-40
Anti-bacterial hand gel
Hairspray
Cooking spray
Nail polish remover
Goof Off
Acetone for taking sharpies right off of plastic or hard surfaces (keep away from children, of course).
Rubbing alcohol will also remove permanent markers from smooth surfaces.

one time i used Mr. clean magic eraser to get marker out of a wooden table and it worked! try that.

this is what you do get some watr and hair spray and soap ok .... then you put hair spray on that area and after that rub it wit soap the put water on it........ n then just put them in the washer ok it wont mess up any of your other clothes ok

try using oxyclean! it works wonders
