I know Royal Mail lost its monopoly status last year, but are they ever going to learn to deliver stuff in line with their own guidelines? They've had 351 years to develop the service, for pity's sake. Lazy gits.

Don't be so sensible! :-)

It's pretty sad really, isn't it? A lot of the time, first class delivery takes far longer than the Post Office says it should!

They don't have a monopoly anymore, but hellomoto has a very good point.
